Additional services

The specialist jobs,
covered too.

Root chasing, arborist climbing, palm removal, green waste and pre-sale tidy-ups — the work that comes up alongside our five core services, handled by the same crew.

Bundled in, or booked alone

Most operators split this across three or four different contractors. No Trace runs all of it in-house, so the person who quotes it understands the whole job.

Root chasing & removal

Root chasing & removal

Roots don't always stay where they started — pushing up paths, blocking drains, or lifting the edge of a slab. We trace the root back and remove just what's causing the problem, without taking out a tree that's otherwise healthy.

Common where an established tree sits close to plumbing, paving or a driveway.

Arborist climbing

Some trees can't be reached by machinery — too tall, too tight an access, or too close to something that can't be risked. That's where climbing comes in: a qualified climber works the canopy by hand, section by section.

It's not really a standalone booking — climbing is the capability that makes our hardest removals and prunes possible in the first place.

Palm removal

Palm removal

Palms aren't cut like a standard tree — the trunk doesn't chip the same way, and the crown needs handling differently to avoid a mess of fronds everywhere. We remove them safely, trunk and all, with the surrounding yard and property protected throughout the job.

Stump grinding is available afterwards if you want the base gone too.

Green waste removal & mulch supply

Every job leaves material behind — branches, leaves, chipped timber. It's cleared as standard, but if you'd rather keep it, we can mulch it and leave it on site for your garden beds instead.

Available as an add-on to any job, or booked on its own for an existing pile of green waste.

Pre-sale property tidy-ups

Pre-sale property tidy-ups

An overgrown tree or a messy yard can be the difference in a listing photo. We tidy up trees, hedges and yards before a property goes to market — timed around your settlement or auction date.

Usually booked directly by agents and property managers, with priority scheduling and invoicing to the agency.
